Looking Ahead in Denver!
If I had a Crystal Ball, I would predict that 2016 will continue to be a great year in the real estate market.
Realtor.com placed Denver at #2 in National Rankings of hottest markets this summer. The fall has seen some modest changes to the market with a 6% increase year over year in inventory and a leveling off of prices in the last six months. Interest rates continue at historically low rates and according to the 2016 Fortune Crystal Ball report are not expected to rise more than .5% by the end of 2016.
Sellers should expect a strong market for their home and by allowing me to use my expertise in staging and marketing should expect to maximize the sales price of their home.
Buyers will continue to see some stress in the market with potential multiple offers on properties however with my help I will guide you through this process by educating you on neighborhoods and the buying process. So when you find “the one” you are ready to pull the trigger!
